PDF görüntüleme, doldurma, imzalama ve tarama uygulaması

Kısaca: Doqora belgelerinizi sunucularımıza yüklemez. Açtığınız PDF'ler, taradığınız sayfalar, doldurduğunuz formlar, attığınız imzalar ve OCR ile çıkarılan metinler yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir ve cihazınızda kalır. Doqora'nın belgelerinize erişen bir sunucusu yoktur.
Aşağıdakiler yalnızca telefonunuzun/tabletinizin yerel depolamasında tutulur ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez:
Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda bu yerel veriler de cihazınızdan silinir.
Doqora belgelerinizi hiçbir koşulda toplamaz. Uygulama; reklam gösterimi, satın alma doğrulaması ve anonim kullanım/hata istatistikleri için aşağıdaki hizmetleri kullanır. Bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında veri işler:

Anonim kullanım ve hata istatistiklerini istediğiniz zaman uygulamada Ayarlar → Bulut & Gizlilik → Anonim kullanım istatistikleri anahtarından kapatabilirsiniz; kapalıyken Firebase Analytics'e ve Crashlytics'e hiçbir veri gönderilmez. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de bu veriler, onay verene kadar tanımlayıcı olmadan toplanır.
Doqora cihazınızdaki diğer dosyaları taramaz; yalnızca sizin sistem dosya seçiciyle bilerek seçtiğiniz belgelere ve kendi ürettiği dosyalara erişir.
Uygulamadaki "Bulut Hesapları" ekranı yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Doqora, Google Drive, Dropbox veya OneDrive hesabınıza bağlanmaz ve buralara dosya yüklemez. Sistem dosya seçici üzerinden bu uygulamalardan bir PDF içe aktarabilirsiniz; bu işlem tamamen cihazınızda, işletim sisteminin kendi arayüzüyle gerçekleşir.
Doqora çocuklara yönelik bir uygulama değildir ve bilerek 13 yaş altındaki kişilerden veri toplamaz.
Belgeleriniz cihazınızda olduğu için bunları istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden veya cihazınızın dosya yöneticisinden silebilirsiniz. Reklam kimliğinizi cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsiniz (Android: Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar; iOS: Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme). Anonim kullanım ve hata istatistiklerini uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranından kapatabilirsiniz. Satın alma kayıtlarınızın silinmesini talep etmek için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
Bu politika güncellenirse bu sayfadaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama üzerinden bilgilendirme yapılır.

In short: Doqora does not upload your documents to our servers. The PDFs you open, the pages you scan, the forms you fill, the signatures you draw and the text extracted by OCR are processed entirely on your device and stay there. Doqora has no server that can access your documents.
The following is stored only in your device's local storage and is never transmitted:
Uninstalling the app removes this local data from your device.
Doqora never collects your documents. The app uses the following services for advertising, purchase verification and anonymous usage/crash statistics. They process data under their own privacy policies:

You can turn anonymous usage and crash statistics off at any time in the app under Settings → Cloud & Privacy → Anonymous usage statistics; while it is off, nothing is sent to Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland this data is collected without identifiers until you give consent.
Doqora does not scan other files on your device; it accesses only documents you deliberately pick through the system file picker, plus the files it creates itself.
The "Cloud Accounts" screen in the app is informational only. Doqora does not connect to your Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive account and does not upload files to them. You may import a PDF from those apps through the system file picker; that happens entirely on your device via the operating system's own interface.
Doqora is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Because your documents live on your device, you can delete them at any time from within the app or your device's file manager. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). You can turn anonymous usage and crash statistics off from the app's Settings screen. Contact us to request deletion of your purchase records.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date on this page will change. Significant changes will be communicated in the app.
