PDF görüntüleme, doldurma, imzalama ve tarama uygulaması

1. Cihazınızda kalan veriler

Aşağıdakiler yalnızca telefonunuzun/tabletinizin yerel depolamasında tutulur ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez:

• Açtığınız, oluşturduğunuz veya düzenlediğiniz tüm PDF belgeleri
• Kamerayla taradığınız görüntüler ve bunlardan üretilen PDF'ler
• OCR (metin tanıma) sonuçları — metin tanıma tamamen cihaz üzerinde, Google ML Kit'in cihaza gömülü modeliyle yapılır; görüntüleriniz metne dönüştürülmek için hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez
• Çizdiğiniz veya yazdığınız imzalar
• Form alanlarına girdiğiniz metinler
• Uygulama içinde bir belgeye koyduğunuz PIN — PIN'in kendisi saklanmaz; yalnızca geri döndürülemeyen bir özeti (salt'lı SHA-256) cihazda tutulur
• Son kullanılan dosyaların listesi, dil tercihiniz ve tema ayarınız

Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda bu yerel veriler de cihazınızdan silinir.

2. Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri

Doqora'nın kendisi veri toplamaz; ancak uygulama, reklam gösterimi ve satın alma doğrulaması için aşağıdaki hizmetleri kullanır. Bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında veri işler:

3. İzinler ve neden isteniyor

• Kamera — yalnızca belge tarama ekranını kullandığınızda, kağıt belgeyi PDF'e dönüştürmek için. Kamera görüntüleri hiçbir yere yüklenmez.
• Fotoğraflara ekleme (iOS) — yalnızca taradığınız belgeyi galerinize kaydetmek istediğinizde.
• İnternet — reklam gösterimi ve satın alma doğrulaması için. Belgeleriniz için kullanılmaz.

Doqora cihazınızdaki diğer dosyaları taramaz; yalnızca sizin sistem dosya seçiciyle bilerek seçtiğiniz belgelere ve kendi ürettiği dosyalara erişir.

4. Bulut hizmetleri

Uygulamadaki "Bulut Hesapları" ekranı yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Doqora, Google Drive, Dropbox veya OneDrive hesabınıza bağlanmaz ve buralara dosya yüklemez. Sistem dosya seçici üzerinden bu uygulamalardan bir PDF içe aktarabilirsiniz; bu işlem tamamen cihazınızda, işletim sisteminin kendi arayüzüyle gerçekleşir.

5. Çocukların gizliliği

Doqora çocuklara yönelik bir uygulama değildir ve bilerek 13 yaş altındaki kişilerden veri toplamaz.

6. Haklarınız

Belgeleriniz cihazınızda olduğu için bunları istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden veya cihazınızın dosya yöneticisinden silebilirsiniz. Reklam kimliğinizi cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsiniz (Android: Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar; iOS: Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme). Satın alma kayıtlarınızın silinmesini talep etmek için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenirse bu sayfadaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama üzerinden bilgilendirme yapılır.

Doqora — Privacy Policy (English)

In short: Doqora does not upload your documents to our servers. The PDFs you open, the pages you scan, the forms you fill, the signatures you draw and the text extracted by OCR are processed entirely on your device and stay there. Doqora has no server that can access your documents.

1. Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only in your device's local storage and is never transmitted:

• Every PDF you open, create or edit
• Images you capture with the camera and the PDFs produced from them
• OCR results — text recognition runs fully on-device using Google ML Kit's bundled model; your images are never sent to any server for recognition
• Signatures you draw or type
• Text you enter into form fields
• A PIN you set on a document — the PIN itself is not stored, only a non-reversible salted SHA-256 hash, kept on the device
• Your recent-files list, language preference and theme setting

Uninstalling the app removes this local data from your device.

2. Third-party services

Doqora itself collects no data, but the app uses the following services for advertising and purchase verification. They process data under their own privacy policies:

3. Permissions

• Camera — only while you use the document scanner, to turn a paper document into a PDF. Camera images are never uploaded.
• Add to Photos (iOS) — only when you choose to save a scanned document to your photo library.
• Internet — for advertising and purchase verification. It is not used for your documents.

Doqora does not scan other files on your device; it accesses only documents you deliberately pick through the system file picker, plus the files it creates itself.

4. Cloud services

The "Cloud Accounts" screen in the app is informational only. Doqora does not connect to your Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive account and does not upload files to them. You may import a PDF from those apps through the system file picker; that happens entirely on your device via the operating system's own interface.

5. Children's privacy

Doqora is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

6. Your rights

Because your documents live on your device, you can delete them at any time from within the app or your device's file manager. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). Contact us to request deletion of your purchase records.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date on this page will change. Significant changes will be communicated in the app.
